If you have a technical problem and need our staff to help you through
it, the fee for support is $10 per incident. When you call, our technician
will assess the nature of the problem based on your description and advise
you of the charge before anything is done. If you agree, they will
work with you until the problem is solved. If the problem is caused by
something within our control and beyond your own, then of course we will
do what we can to make it right without any charge to you.
